At Puremint Silvers, every piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to love your jewellery, and we're here to help if something isn't right.
Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return Email us at puremintsilver@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different design or size, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
